Room101 was founded in 2009 by Matt Booth, a former U.S. Marine turned jewelry designer, who set out to fuse the world of premium cigars with bold, modern design. The name “Room101” refers to the infamous torture chamber in George Orwell’s novel 1984. From the start, the brand stood out with its unconventional attitude, blending top-quality tobaccos from Nicaragua, Honduras, and beyond with edgy aesthetics.

What began as an alternative cigar label quickly became a major name in the premium cigar world, offering lines that appeal to both traditionalists and adventurous smokers. Room101 continues to break molds, crafting cigars with true character and depth.
