The philosophy of Don Capa is to produce a cigar of extreme quality, with the most rigorous selection in the acquisition of “aged” tobacco from 4 to 13 years old, having undergone triple or even quadruple fermentations with producers operating in the regions. very fertile from the Dominican Republic and to attach particular care during the development of the vitolas under the watchful eye of the “supervisors” who control the “Maestros Torcedores” from the best factories on the island. After being rolled, the cigars spend another 6 months in a maturation cellar, a room with controlled temperature and humidity, in order to further accentuate the delicate aromas of ripe fruit, spices, beans, as well as hints of chocolate. , pepper and coffee. It is only in this way that the final fermentation of the various varieties of tobacco harmonizes in a perfect way all the aromas and flavors.
