Capitols is the new cigar of the “Linea Retro” series and is presented in a metal package inspired by the classic cigar cases of the 1970s. It is a new retro-sized cigar, very tasty, with the typical aromas and earthy flavors of Partagas . It has a medium body with cedar notes that perfectly balances with a moderate intensity of roasted tobacco and is ideal for young cigar smokers, but also experienced. It is neither too strong nor too sweet and gives a feeling of freshness.
Made with tobacco from Vuelta Abajo, Cuba’s most sought after tobacco growing area and Corojo wrapper.

If there is one particularly famous cigar factory in Havana, it is Partagas. You can find it at No. 520 Industria Street, just behind the Capitol building, in the heart of the city.
The factory was opened in 1845 by Don Jaime Partagas and it has been making the cigars that bear his name ever since.
A Partagas is immediately recognisable by its deep, earthy flavour. All sizes are “totalmente a mano, tripa larga”-totally hand made, long filler.
